The terms of the module examination will be fixed (in writing) at the beginning of the lecture period and will be announced to the students at the beginning of the lecture period. If the module examination consists of more than one component, the principle of compensability applies.

The concrete contents will deal with current issues in Finance and/or Accounting and will be presented at the beginning of the semester. The focus of the case studies might be on

  • Management Accounting
  • Financial Accounting
  • Valuation (of enterprises)
  • IPO (Initial Public Offerings)
  • Risk Management
  • other current issues.
 

Literature

The necessary literature will be provided at the beginning of the semester, based on the actual topic of the module.
